One of my favorite things is that Fred is fully customizable when it comes to joining calls.

I can choose to have him automatically join all my scheduled video meetings. This way, Fred is my personal assistant, sitting in on every call on my calendar.

But I can also configure Fred only to join when I explicitly invite him. This gives me more control; I can pick and choose which meetings need Fred's help based on my schedule for the day.
